Scappoose Little League's Annual Mid-Season Parade and BBQ is coming soon.
*Date: Saturday, May 19th, 2012
*Location: Scappoose Middle School / Veterans Park
*Staging area: North Parking lot of the Scappoose Middle School
*Time: Staging at 12:00 pm walk begins at 12:30 pm
*Walk Route: Leaving north parking lot at approximately 12:30, walking west on SW. Maple Street to SW. 4th Street, take right on SW. 4th Street to JP West Rd., take left on JP West Rd. walk ends at Veterans Park approximately at 12:50 pm.
*BBQ: From 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm.
*Menu: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Chips, and soda pop. All Little Leaguer’s eat for free and Adults are more than welcome as well. Donations are greatly appreciated.
*1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes for best looking and most spirited teams: Prize to be used toward year end team party, 1st place – $125.00, 2nd place – $75.00, 3rd place – $50.00
There might also be some T-Ball and other Little League games scheduled for all to watch and enjoy.
